9 Food Spots In Maui

Karla

COCONUTS FISH CAFE

With their extensive choices, it will be hard to make a choice from their menu because everything looks delicious. Their tacos are made with 17 ingredients! I recommend the fish tacos - it's zesty and all the flavors mesh well together. If you're really hungry, order the fish and chips. It is cooked perfectly - nice and crisp on the outside and moist inside.

BRADDAH HUTS BBQ GRILL

Perfect pit stop for lunch after driving the crazy and curvy road to Hana. A food truck with outdoor seating that serves plates of BBQ, ribs, tacos, and pasta. This will satisfy your BBQ cravings, that'll leave you wanting for more. Get here early as they do sell out fairly quickly.

HANA FARMS

Also on the way to road to Hana, is a local farm where they grow their own produce. Known for their banana bread, I chose to quench my thirst with their amazing drinks. Try the Lilikoi Lemon and Hibiscus.

WOW WOW HAWAIIAN LEMONADE

They have the tastiest and refreshing drinks in Maui. The cool mason jars that comes with it is just an added bonus. Try the Lavender and Ginger Pineapple Lemonade or Passion Fruit Lemonade.

KIHEI CAFFE

You can't leave Maui without trying the banana pancakes or french toast. At this cafe, they serve banana french toast topped with almonds. The Loco Moco is the next best thing. It is probably the best Loco Moco and a hearty one I've had.

FOODLAND

Here you'll find tons of food also at a reasonable price. They have different kind of musubis (i.e. hot dog, spam and chicken katsu). I would come here in the morning to be the first one to grab their freshly made poke and it's cheaper compared to other places around Kihei.

MAUI ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

This is the cheapest place to buy a rotisserie chicken plate ($10). Although, it's a little bit difficult tracking them down, but once you do - it is worth the wait! As you watch the chicken being cooked and juices dripping down, you'll be salivating before you can even eat it. The chicken is so moist that you'll definitely want seconds.
